Mark McDonald has been a member of Gateway Baptist Church since 2002 and has served as the Lead Teaching Pastor since 2013. He has a passion for teaching God’s Word and helping others grow in their relationship with Christ. He has been married to his wife, Darleen, since 2002, and together they have three beautiful children – Alexander, Kalina, and Elijah. When he’s not preaching or studying, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading a good book, and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys.
Glen Watson has been with Gateway since 2020, and serves as Pastor of Community Care. He has a deep love for God’s Word and a passion for helping people grow in the transforming hope of Jesus Christ. He and his wife Sharon have three grown children who continue to bring them joy and laughter. Whether sharing coffee and conversation, offering counsel, or leading a Bible study, Pastor Glen’s heart is to serve the Gateway family with humility, compassion, and a genuine love for the Lord.
Nathaniel was born and raised in the Philippines and serves as the Pastor of Community Engagement. He comes from a family deeply rooted in ministry; his father and older brother also served as pastors. Nathaniel has served as a church planter in various regions of the Philippines, faithfully sharing the gospel and establishing local churches and his passion for witness and discipleship has led many people to come to the knowledge of Jesus Christ. He has been serving with Gateway since 2010. He and his wife, Rose, were married in 1994, and they are blessed with two children, Rachel and Joshua.
